Our Mission
SLV Community Solutions is a nonprofit, community-based civic corporation operated to promote the self-sufficiency and the economic, social, political, and emotional well-being of the communities and the residents of the Region of the San Luis Valley,
Our Vision
Our vision is a self sufficient San Luis Valley that works effectively together with clear and informed data, strong partnerships, and civic engagement that creates solutions that are impacting those experiencing poverty.
What We Do
We collaborate with other organizations to build bridges, build capacity, and help fill gaps collectively with other organizations and institutions.

​​We connect with local and regional organizations to strengthen our referral system. Our goal is for community members experiencing poverty to have better experiences navigating available resources in Alamosa County, Conejos County, Costilla County, Mineral County, Rio Grande County, and Saguache County.
Data is a key component with our partners and collaborations. We develop and analyze data and improve both qualitative and quantitative data to highlight key findings on the causes and conditions of poverty in the SLV.​
Our work is lead by board members and advisory committees that are made up of low income individuals
working class individuals, and elected/public officials, to ensure various perspectives are included in our discussions and decision making process.
